  I do not trust this store. I had to sue designers furniture in small claims court. I (foolishly) paid for a couch in full and up front with an agreement that delivery would be made the next day. Designers furniture delivered the wrong color couch. No big deal, mistakes happen. I called the store and I told them it was the wrong color couch. I was shocked when I was told to take it or leave it, no refunds. I refused to accept delivery and I asked for the couch I paid for. I was refused. I asked for a refund, again I was refused. I was out the cost of the couch, the delivery fee and the couch. After many calls to the store asking for my money, I had no choice but to take Designers furniture to small claims court. Designers furniture did not appear at the 1st or 2nd court hearing, ( the judge did NOT automaticly rule in my favor, but re-schuelled the hearing, TWICE! ) Eventually I won my case against designers furniture, but they refused to obey the court order to return my money. I did some reading and I learned that for a fee I could send a Califonia Sherifs officer to the store and the Sherif will enforce the court order. It took a year and a Sherif walking into this store, demanding payment to get my money back. Its on public record. Lesson learned, beware of this store.

  I had an amazing experience at Designers Furniture! Meryl and Tina provide great customer service. Their furniture is good quality and also MADE IN THE US! Since I bought my furniture a few months ago, I have had nothing but compliments about my home. The furniture is very comfortable. I will come back in the future!!!
