  I called and asked about buying a knife carrying case at 10 to 4:00 p.m. He told me to come down and he would take care of me. I arrived at 4:10 to find them closed, and they were not answering phone calls. How unprofessional, he should have told me they were closing. I could have avoided 35 minutes of wasted gas, energy, and time. By the time I got back, it was too late for me to go to any other supply store, since I had an appointment at 6:00 p.m. I am very unimpressed

  I called them first about an item, I asked them if I could email the image to make sure they have it available. When I called them back after emailing the item photo, the told me they have it available. I stopped by later to pick up 120 pieces of a specific dinner spoon, they had what I needed. Their pricing is reasonable. I noticed the store had a lot of inventory. I would definitely check out the store again for future needs.
