  I went to Panache before going here and it was like night and day! At Panache my consultant was attentive, and the dresses were hung nicely on racks so you could see what they looked like. I came here with an appointment and my consultant, Suzy, ignored me most of the time, and was constantly putting me off to help walk-in customers! The dresses were still in plastic bags and crammed into these open closets. Even when I found a dress to try on I had no idea what the back looked like because it was still in a bag! Other sales associates kept walking in on me to talk to Suzy, or to get a veil out of the room I was in. She kept pulling the front down as I stepped into the dresses causing me to fall over, and would then yell, "Careful!" like I was ruining the dress. When she left the room at the end she didn't close the door behind her, and it was left wide open while I was changing back into my clothes! Thank goodness I had a bra on at that point! They kept trying to sell me the sample dresses, but a lot of them are ripped in places or have the beading torn off because the sales people treat them like junk! I found a few dresses that were on broken plastic hangers, and she just hung them back up on the broken ones! It was a waste of time for me to drive out there, and their inventory was old! I had a difficult time even trying to find dresses to try on! Don't spend your money there or waste your time! And if you buy a sample dress from them buyer beware! Out of date selection and terrible customer service!
