  I heard from an ex employee, that this place is going to b closed also, I bought my princess cut diamond at Romano Westfield Mall, .one day I show up the store was closed, no notifications to their customer..my ring is damaged and I need it fixed....but I dont even want to waste my time taking back to them,.they fixed it twice and the diamonds still came out....poor ass services, FRAUD ass place...

  I had a very good experience, I ordered on December 21 around 2pm a gentleman ring for my husband and it was ready on December 22 8pm , i appreciated it was a great service.

  WARNING ...WARNING... WARNING.... DO NOT BUY FROM ANY ROMANOS THERE A BUNCH OF THIEVES.. I bought an engagement ring for my wife. A 1.3 carat The price tag said it cost $19,000 they had a sale and I got it for $6.500 I never got the certificate for it when I picked it up. I got it appraised and it's only worth $1.300 I called them and they said they can't do anything about it.
